Just as a little behind‑the‑scenes note on how Transport Fever 2 handles crew: the game only lets you show a driver based on whether the locomotive is moving forward or backward (not both at once). So to make it work properly, this mod actually uses 4 separate driver models: two that only appear when the engine is running forward, and two that only appear when it’s running in reverse.
That’s why the crew only showed going forward by default. But I’m happy it’s doing exactly what you needed.
