FAQ

What is Roleplay?
Roleplay according to me is a means of getting away from the harsh reality of the real world and see yourself in a respective atmosphere where all are your known and play-full to each other happiness is key here and you can be whatever you want even what you will never be able to become in real life. Roleplay is an emotion , a Coping mechanism I would say.

What is an Acceptable Roleplay?
an Acceptable Roleplay is where you follow all the guidelines and rules to the extent when it is Feasible and Fun to both yourself and the opposing party playing the part as opposition in any given scenario. If you are giving the opposition proper chance to win and giving Real counters that are enjoyable to both sides then it is always acceptable Roleplay otherwise it can Ruin someone's experience as most of the people so it for chill so I think : having fun is the most important part for them and should be for you as-well.

What is Low Effort Roleplay?
for me Low Effort RP means 2 things either Rule-play over Roleplay or Not challenging yourself enough and avoiding situations and finding loop holes in every scenario. Example of Rule-play over Roleplay : Let's say I am planning on attacking on a hood or a gang with my 4 friends as in city there is a 5 men rule in a situation so following that I got to attack on the hood and there are 2 gangs there they were having some deal at the moment and I still attack on the hood so they are in total 8 people there but t hey all are shooting at us so I use OOC to pause the situation and reason with them as there are more that 5 in the situation ...but... I forget the part of rule play as inside hood there can be any amount of people to defend the place where they live. Example of Finding Loophole scenario : I accidentally or intentionally jump a light/barricade and a police car stops me and is questioning me about why I did that but while it is going on there goes another car jumping the lights and destructing the state property as-well on its way so I try to sabotage my situation by pointing and directing police towards the said culprit so this is me trying to avoid the situation and not cooperating with the situational RP

What is OOC & IC?
OOC stands for Out of Character & IC stands for In Character , like I am a player OOC but in IC I would be the Resident to the city I a living in. Joined servers might address their cities differenetly so goes with the name of the server or addressing the popular answer as a Civilian of Los Santos under San Andreas.

Basic Rules and Regulations of Roleplay

RDM
Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) is the act of killing/downing somebody without first engaging in quality roleplay .Randomly engaging in a Fight Scene / Scenario without proper backstory or killing people while they are afk is also considered as RDM .We must always initiate and make people aware of what you are doing and why.(like giving a warning/warning shot before the actual scenario)

VDM
using means of transport to kill a person or Ramming into a persons vehicle intentionally to disturb/provoke is counted as VDM. Such as if you intentionally go to a person in parking-lot with or without history and start pitting or touching their vehicle with yours even when there is enough space for both the parties to park the vehicle Also we cannot deliberately use a vehicle to run over someone in an on-going situation.

Fail RP
Fail RP is the act of failing to roleplay realistically. Performing unrealistic actions or actions that are simply not possible in Real Life is counted as Fail RP like failing to stay in-character at all times or mixing out of character information with your in character or Mixing the information form your different characters in 1 without proper RP. .When playing, it is important to keep to realistic capabilities such as running just after jumping from a 20foot bridge or running and reacting as if nothing happened after a high speed crash.

Power Gaming
Gaining Upper hand at all times or Not Giving the Opponent a Victory Situation is counted as Power-gaming in other words using in game mechanics to an unfair / unreal advantage is power-gaming. Such as Player Movement or Actions that are either physically impossible in Real World or are untrue to the situations (hotwiring a vehicle from other than driver seat)

Combat Logging & Combat Storing
Combat Logging stands for intentionally leaving a Situation via any under written methods : Alt+F4 , F8>Quit , intentional disconnection of Network Services and Taking Shelter in a SafeZone area in between of a Situation.
Combat Storing stands for Hiding your valuables in between of situation in places unaccessible by the persuit rather it be any gang member or Police such as Storing your car with good in Garage or Storing your valuables in a dedicated inventory.

Gunplay over Roleplay
Gunplay over Roleplay means using your Guns over your Brains, Forcing Combat-RP in a situation that can be solved by cheap talk or exchange of Goods ( in-case you possess the required amount and you have no other motive for it ). It is also counted as breaking the RP scenario and Forcing RP whoever is initiating the fight is in Violation other party can choose either self-Defence or Denying RP in this case Denying RP is not a violation so the other party is clear. also if after Gunplay they choose to Rob the players they downed it also counts under Random Looting/Robbing.

Character Mixing
Character Mixing is mixing the information from your 1 character to another let's suppose you have a Gang character and a Police Character you get the information that you gang hood is going to get raided this second and they are having a meeting in the room about it right now . you are not supposed to tell / pass-on this information to your character or gang member in any way shape or form. Your gang is not supposed to know about this operation and it will have to stay that way.

New Life Rule
NLR is a way of RP where when you respawn you forget the previous alloted time stamp to vanish from your memory . It is overdriven by the fact if someone revives you or take you to the pillbox / Grandma's to get treated. Forcing NLR is a rule break , 1st its Power-Gaming you are not letting the person retain the information that should be good for RP situation and 2nd its Force RP as the name suggest you should always give the person a chance to call EMS or if not that inform the gang members of his family or any acquaintance you may know of the person to get the beat-up body of his beloved.

Fear RP
Fear RP is valuing your life in any given moment from a simple road crossing event to a straight up shoot out with gangsters / police. if you have a chance to move out of the way and live to see the next event and remember it you should prioritize that over any memory loss or event leading to your character's visit to Medical Centre or worse permanent death. Fear RP is very important in any life and if you master it you can become a professional player in the RP world easily.
