This is the Version 2.0 of the tactic where I did my best at replicating Xavi's tactics during the 2022/23 season (opposition instructions guides can be found at the end - my personal preference is the proactive method);

This version is not strictly adhering to Xavi's tactics regarding Team Instructions or Player Instructions but is instead designed to take advantage of this year's FM Match Engine's weaknesses, for example (to name a few);
• Advanced Forward
• Ballplaying Defenders with PI's to Dribble More
• Roll It Out instead of Take Short Kicks, SWK on Defend duty instead of Attack duty

Other than these types of tweaks I've tried to remain steadfast in keeping the tactic as close as possible to remain a replication of Xavi's 3-4-2-1.

If you would prefer to play with the original version that is strictly adhering to Xavi's tactics as far as possible then you are more than welcome to try it out. I won't upload images of performances for this version (as you might imagine it performs slightly better than the original where I've uploaded plenty of images which you can see if taking a look at it).
