Hmm, actually this seems to give my buddy an error when he tries to join my multiplayer game. The other, more recent one here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3253058369 seems to work in multiplayer.

@7h374nk Yeah, the launcher doubles as the mod manager. I don't know if mods are always automatically activated by the launcher, but they have to be activated by the launcher first.

Yup, thx, that's where I went wrong. I was alwas skipping the launcher via Launch Options.
Starting the game with launcher once and it works even if I skip it again now.

@7h374nk You do, but at least in the case of one of Paradox's other games, I know that the download can sometimes malfunction, and it doesn't get downloaded properly, or at least not loaded properly by the launcher.

I don't remember how to fix it though ^^ Aside from obviously unsubscribing from the mod and then resubbing again, but I don't think that always works.

@Col. Hathi Nope :) Maybe thats where I went wrong. Don't I just click Subscribe?

Needs an update, currently not working.
