Bolton Flavor

Description
A small submod for CK3AGOT that adds some stuff to House Bolton

-The Boltons now start with a Dynasty Modifier
-House Whitehill are vassals of House Bolton
-Members of the Bolton Dynasty can use "Flay them" interaction on adult prisoners

Only existing file changed is the title history for the North so *should* work with other submods that do not change that file.

Perhaps put whitehill back under glover but ally them to Bolton and even give a weak or strong hook to mr flayer on the Whitehill guy.

If it wasn't for the Whitehill thing, this would be a good mod. The Whitehills are seperated from Bolton lands by the Northern Mountain clans and House Stark. TellTale royally screwed up trying to force that into the lore.

@naked jesus Yeah this is one of those things were it's a weird placement for a House, but the Whitehills do state in the game they have been banner men of the Boltons for a while (I actually had wrong how long) Here's a clip of game play where they state this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12mbGDLb1ZE at 48:45

The Whitehills were sworn to the Glovers, they only started serving the Boltons after the red wedding
