Compact L4D1 HUD

Description
Another annoying hud variation, nah just kidding but maybe it is?

Well, not much to say, it's a centered, reduced, improved hud and compatible with custom survivors. The 4th teammate panel has been disabled to avoid conflict with the chat box.

Inspired by The Thug Shaker HUD.

I love this hud but for some reason, melee weapons don't appear on the weapon display.
