[SIEGE gm] Operation: BLACK TIDE

Map was based on the map Blackwater city from Ratchet and Clank up your arsenal and also Siege game mode (Kinda, but with something from me)

In Siege gamemode, the primary objective is to destroy the opposing team's base. This is done by destroying robots of enemy team, then destroying the two turrets defending their base, teleporting inside, and destroying the power core (has 7500 HP).

The gamemode was created through a bunch of entities and not in Vscript because I don't know how to program.

depending on the popularity of the map, I will work on it (well MAYBE, 'cause of the exams, I'm lazy and blah blah blah...).

Also, while I'm writing a description of this map, I found a site( https://www.models-resource.com/playstation_3/ratchetclankupyourarsenalhd/ ) with all the models and maps with textures from Ratchet and Clank 3, it's a bit disappointing that I didn't find it before, but now I have a chance to completely transfer this gamemode (as I said: MAYBE, 'cause of the exams, I'm lazy and blah blah blah...).

if you will recreate this gamemode (original from the game, not this from me) in Vscript I'll be so happy!
