The legendary Halo 2 mod "Donkey Kong Extreme" from the Xbox Original is back and on Halo MCC for you to relive the nostalgia.

This is a remake/rebuild of the old school Donkey Kong v1 for Halo MCC from Halo 2 Xbox Original with as much accuracy as possible but with some improvements and easter eggs added.

I got the help from multiple Halo communities and modders to help bring this classic to MCC. Due to how much more complicated Halo 2 mods on the Xbox Original were with community-made mod tools, it took time to unravel how the original creators did certain tricks. With the help of Xlink Kai, Vista/Project Cartographer, and MCC Halo modders and several old school community mod tools, including entity and assembly, I was able to crack the secrets with the tags, strings, and scripting for how this mod worked so I could get as close as possible at recreating this mod exactly to the way it was on the Xbox Original... but added some easter eggs on the way. 2.0 update fixed custom HUD issues thanks to Zoephie.

Known Issues/Future Improvements
● Moving bridge obstacles lack collision to harm players when making contact (this was possibly a known issue as well in legacy)

After you find the file, it's a .bin file, you copy and put it in the mcc direction where the halo 2 hop gametype and when you start mcc and go to Halo 2 gametypes it will say it's "built-in"

@Se7enSins33 it's not you. It's me. I am still working on updating this mod. I have to rebuild some custom tags then reexport for the new version to support it. It's one of my few mods I did before the June update on my list I need to get updated.
