Winning or Losing War Matters

Description
Are you tired of winning or losing wars having no effect on your military? Now they do! When you win a war you will get an event that lets you choose who to give credit to. And if you lose then you will get an event about who to blame. Both will have modifiers that will affect whoever you chose. There are also smaller affects regardless of your decision.

Specific changes for those who like to read too much
When you win a war you will get an event that lets you choose whether to give all the credit to your armed forces, ruler, or respecting the pacifists to not glorify war. Your armed forces will get political strength and approval. Your ruler will get popularity. The interest groups with the pacifist ideology will get political strength and approval. All three choices will give your armed forces a pop attraction multiplier as people want to join your successful army, a prestige bonus for the nation, and some loyalists. All modifiers last for 4 years. If you and the opposing nation both get at least one of your war goals then both countries will consider it a win as you both can claim you won to your populace. If you lose you will get an event within a month that lets you choose who to blame, which are maluses of the positive stuff from above.

The results of this is that it will cause the Armed Forces to get stronger and more prevalent in nations that keep winning wars as the militarization actually has a greater affect on their politics. Winning a war is now also a viable strategy to keep your armed forces and population happy. Losing a war can have even bigger consequences as it increases radicalism among the groups you blame and the AI has a ton of weights so it makes sense who they blame based off a number of factors. One of the biggest effects is leaving an ally in the middle of a war will count as a loss. No more making defensive pacts with everyone and then leaving on war start with no consequences.

The mod is great, but FYI the second option in the event has some garbled null state language.

@piddyx Nothing changed in 1.8 to really effect this mod that I can think of so should be good.

You get to choose how your population reacts to one of your policies which is just odd
If it wasn't an event and instead was dynamic based on how the war went it might be better

After testing with some mods, I found out that it was VFM. With the mod active, the event would not show up. Without VFM, the mod would work. I am also facing the issue with crashing. After the event would popup, if I were to click my countries flag, It would crash the game
