[Emesis Blue] - Sentry

Works in beta version, expect lua erros. If you encounter them, write in discussion error and how you got them

Included entity Sentry and weapon Wrangler to control the sentry

Give yourself weapon Wrangler, and then spawn Sentry to see red laser pointer

- Added blue skin, laser also will be blue
- Moved start laser point
- Fixed "dark" model issues

- Updated laser materials, before the update, player must look at a player with wrangler to see red point, now there is no need
