The ports just give you 1 income, nothing else (for now).
For Lannister and Greyjoy, the Allies control them until turn 5, which basically just means Allies get to choose what they build and move them around their own territories.
Flankers only fight enemy flankers until one side (or both) has no flankers left, after which they fight against the main enemy army. If you have 1 or more units that have Flanker and the enemy have none, your whole army gets +2 to combat rolls.
White Walkers get stronger after each time they emerge.
Before their 1st emergence: add 1d6 new models to their supply at the end of each full turn and they emerge on a roll of 18, 19 or 20
After 1 emergence: add 2d6 new models and emerge on roll of 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
After 2 emergences: add 3d6 new models and emergence on a roll of 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
and so on.
Hope that helps!
Nice mod, thanks for creating.
