Turn off melee friendly damage

Description
When you want to use melee weapons to kill all sides, you are often troubled by the friendly damage caused by melee weapons. This mod can only turn off melee friendly damage without affecting other friendly damage.

game already have cvar that prevent bot take dmg from gun/ melee/ pipe bomb/ molotovs. but this is a good one too.
