its in the section of the description with green text that has jokes in the modded description
so i asume its just because that part doesent actualy use the "unervasal key"
but i dont know how modding works so might be wrong about that

It does? It shouldn't. Influence must not use the universal key like every other loc does. I'll have to look into that...

it says "empire size" somewhere in the description for influence
