The Binding Of Isaac: Metathesiophobia is a mod made by Onyx35678 to replace the entire OST of the game with self-composed custom tracks!
This also includes Boss Themes, Layers, Special Rooms and even some sound effects!

And people requested the mod so much after a long year of work and existence, here it is in an early state for everyone to enjoy!
