Description
The mod changes the subjects' color to their overlords' color

Is this Ironman Compatible?
No, but you can make ironman compatible any mod with this guide.

How is this work?
Each vassalized subject will have the color of the overlord, and at the same time, the countries that have gained their independence will return to their vanilla color, just like in Victoria 3. The colors look normal on the Country Selection screen, but the colors will be recolored when you enter the game.

Compatibility with mods
This mod is compatible with mods that don't modify the following files:
-on_action folder:

*on_startup
*on_dependency_gained
*on_dependency_lost
*on_create_vassal

-scripted_effects:
*on_change_tag_effect

There should be a monthly or yearly check on this, if you form a nation with a different color your vassals will keep the old nation colors.

I can confirm that this mod does break country colour, resetting it to "1" or white, for any tag the colour of which is changeable such as playing a custom nations or client states. Otherwise it's a good mod tho.

I lakie the idea, but could you make this color with slightly different shade for all subject states like it is on modern historical maps just to see the territories of those subject states?

im playing with a few mods and it keeps going back to original color. this ^ seems too be the answer too my problems but idk what that means

Custom nations are bugged, their color always turns white. Awesome mod though

Just a heads up, on actions combine with each other as of 1.36, so there should be no conflicts with other mods that change the same on actions you change.

The Mod Updated: Fixed Subject's Subject Color issue and added option to disable mod effects
