To unlock the Ship you have to enable it on gamestart and then research: "Battleship Tech" (tech_battleships) + "Improved Battleship Hulls" (tech_battleship_hull_1), after that it can get a research option.

The ship is limited to 1 per empire

AI should not be able to build it

The ship tech comes with custom components

Captain Harlock should spawn after researching the tech

for testing you can research the tech with console: "research_technology tech_as_arcadia_battleship"
