Description
About

This mod combines several pairs of repeatable technologies in to one, and halves their effect. Fewer choices, almost the same effect, but beware if you prefer to specialize damage over fire rate or vice versa.

  • Synchronized Firing Patterns + Fortified Core Layers
  • Thermodynamic Yield Control + Miniaturized Pre-Igniters
  • High-Density Munitions + Loader Efficiency
  • Focusing Arrays + Flash Coolant
  • Aggressive Conditioning + Nerve Dampeners
  • Synapse Interceptors + Iterative Pilot Training

Compatibility

This mod disables the above vanilla techs, so will conflict with any mod that touches them. It does not touch other techs.

Load order doesn't matter unless you have a conflict, in which case if you want the vanilla techs disabled, put this mod lower in your playset.

Not achievement compatible.

Save game compatible, but if you remove it after researching any there will be errors in the log, and you won't get the benefits from ANY of the techs listed above.

Localisation

Supports the same localisations as vanilla does.

Notes

Despite some tooltips saying 2%, I am specifying 2.5%.
