Combine Soldier Model

This Combine hologram completely replaces the default player model.
List:
1. Combine completely follows the player's standard position vector. It can turn left and right in different directions.

2. Has animations of the standard combine model.

Can produce sounds, talk, footsteps, and pain sounds

I didn't add normal holo weapons to it, as you need to work very well with positions and angles.
