takes 30min for pink marshmallow to respawn on the bushes, but im not sure ea bout the blue, they kind of just spawn in those places randomly, ive had two in the same area after collecting one from all places

blue marshmallows are on the ground in plaza, meadow, beach, forest and the glade

The marshmallow bushes have spawned! and the blue ones you need, ive found one just on the ground, pretty hard to spot
