Speedrun Timer Tweaks

Description
Allows further customization of the in-game timer!

Previously, this mod improved the functionality of the timer as well - this has been integrated into the base game.
It should retain its original functionality with 1.9.07b, if you want to stay on the old version.

Features:
  • Option to toggle display of milliseconds
  • Option to display survived (completed) and death (lost) time separately on the select screen

  • Option to change the in-game timer's color and position
  • Option to prevent the in-game timer from fading
  • Option to display the timer on the sleep screen

  • Options to display both the old 1.9.07b timer, and internal totTime for RNG manipulation

I use this mod only to have a magenta timer and literally nothing else.
If i don't use this mod i feel unwhole.

Just as a headsup, as of 3.1.0 there should now be options to display both totTime and move the timer around to the corners of the screen - let me know if there are any issues of course!

Is it possible to get an option to display the true TOTTIME? Its not captured by Old Timer as things like Karma Cache, visiting Echos, and Dying all desync it from Old Time.

Would it be possible to add a feature to move the speedrun timer to a less distracting location and change its size? I find that I want to keep the milliseconds display, but with it being at the top of the screen and so large its SUPER distracting :(
Being able to move it to the bottom right corner and shrink it by like 50% sizewise would be amazing already.

(just as a note the below issue should not affect the new default timer with the latest update, and you can still see it in action if you show the Lag Compensated timer, which was the old default)

Hey, new speedrunner here- I think I've noticed a minor problem. So, there's a glitch called deerskip/deerglitch which causes the game to sort of soft-crash, which results in every frame being dropped while it is active, heavily desyncing the timer.

It might be worth it to possibly add a special exception for deerglitch because of how commonly used it is? Wondering what you think about that.
