Guide on how to play the server UDarkRP on Unturned.

Starting Off

To first join the server, when on the main menu of unturned you click on Play, then click on Connect, type in:

IP: udarkrp.com
Port: 27038

Click on Connect and then click on Join once it finds the server.
After downloading all the mods and loading into the server you first see this:


After you have spawned, you can do /kit Civilian to get clothing, food, water and dressings which can last you a while till you can buy more from NPCs. You start off with $10,000 in bank balance.

Properties can be bought from staff that are ingame and can come when you ask for them in the chat. You can also apply for a job, for more info refer to the Jobs section of the guide.

Package Delivery

If you don't have any money for tools to buy for other ways of earning money. You can always deliver packages around the map using the NPC at salt lake airport which gives you a decent amount of money and you can save that to afford the tools needed.

To start on it, head over to Salt Lake Airport which is also the place you spawn at when you go through the statue at spawn.

In the video you can see my settings, make sure your settings are atleast that to see the beacon which guides you to where you need to drop the package off.

Pizza Delivery

To start off with delivering Pizzas, you would want to head to the Pizza Shop in Clearwater, Long Beach, and New Vegas.
After finding one of the Pizza Shops, you would want to talk with the fancy man and get told to grab the Pizza in the Back.
Once you pick up the pizza, you will have to go outside and look around for a green beam in the sky. That is where you will have to go to deliver the pizza. Right as you drop off the pizza, you will receive the reward for dropping off the pizza.
To continue dropping off pizzas, just head back to the Pizza Shop as you repeat the steps.

Construction Delivery New Vegas

If you have a boat, you can work for the construction npc to deliver 2 things to South Island for a large amount of money. However South Island is a radiation zone so you need a gasmask to deliver things there.

First head over to Protection Pete the illegal clothing dealer to buy your gasmask. It is located at Long Beach hidden in a corner.


After getting your gasmask, head over to the back entrance of Super Mall located at New Vegas where there is the construction npc Max.


After talking with the npc, it will ask you to grab the pipes located on the left side of the npc.


After picking up the pipes, make your way over to South Island using your boat, make sure to wear your gasmask.


The pipes need to be placed down in the third floor of the basement, there is a maze in the third floor of basement you need to figure out as well.

After placing down the pipes as shown in the video, you need to make your way back to the construction npc at new vegas and after talking with him you need to pickup the wood.

The wood is on the second floor at the same position as the beacon, it is not hidden in some maze. After delivering the wood make your way back to the npc to collect your paycheck.

This is a repeatable quest, you can keep on doing it for more money overtime.

Construction Delivery Albany

There is another construction npc at albany which gives the same quest as the other one but this time instead of the radiation zone at South Island it wants you to deliver the pipes and wood to Long Island Construction Site.

To start with the quest, make your way to the npc at Albany Island.


After talking with him pick up the pipes next to him on the on the ship trailer type thing.


After picking up the pipes, make your way over to Long Island construction site and place the pipes there.


After placing the pipes, go back to the npc, talk with him and pick up the wood and bring it back here. After placing the wood, make your way back to the npc to collect your paycheck.

Mining

To start off on mining, make your way to the Coliz Company marked on the map. There is a mine near that location where you can buy the tools needed to mine from the miner npc there.


It is recommended to buy an alicepack, headlamp, pickaxe and chisel to start off. You can start by mining the ores in the mine at Coliz Company and sell them to the NPC to make money, or there are players on the server that buy ores for more than the NPC price so you can ask around in chat if anyone is buying for more.

It is also recommended to upgrade your pickaxes, to start upgrading buy a normal pickaxe from the miner npc and get 3 copper ingots. In the crafting menu you will see an option to craft your pickaxe to a copper pickaxe, you can also craft copper pickaxe to a bronze pickaxe for 3 bronze ingots, bronze pickaxe to diamond pickaxe for 3 cut diamonds, diamond pickaxe to uranium pickaxe for 3 uranium ingots. Having an upgraded pickaxe mines faster and gives more ores (uranium gives 2x the ores and can destroy ores with 2 hits).

There is also another mining location at Lander's farm on the map, there is a cave entrance near there which leads to a mining cave with a lot of ores.


To get access to the second part of the cave you require a red keycard to open the door.


You can find the keycard underneath a dumpster at Sand Island.


There is also a mining island which is not visible on the map, you can get there by getting a boat from the boat dealer at clearwater docks and drive all the way north of New Vegas outside the map bounds you will see an island appearing. The mining island is filled with ores like iron, copper and gold.


It is much more beneficial to craft your ingots into wooden crates and sell it to the bulk dealer npc for 5% more profit. Refer to Farming section last part for info on how to bulk sell your ingots.

Mining Locations

Different categorization of mining locations: Normal, Underwater, Radiation, Underwater Radiation, and Dense Radiation. Each designation is designated by their environment.

Normal
No big requirements, easy to access. Coliz Company Mining Location and Milten Island are the two locations that fall under this categorization. Coliz Company is bottom right of the name on the map for Coliz Company.

Milten Island is not visible on the GPS Map image, however, it is directly North of New Vegas Island. It is a more spread out with its ores compared to other locations.

There is another inland mining location under the Observatory, you can find relevant information within the Mining Category above.

Underwater
The soft requirements to mine in random underwater locations would be equiping a diving tank and a snorkel from the Treasure Hunter NPC on the New Vegas Harbor on the way to the Art Gallery. There are various ores spread out through the ocean, common ores are generally closer to mainland, closer to edge of the world there are some more diamonds and maybe sapphires at the bottom of the ocean. Some alternative clothing to use instead of the diving tank and snorkel are the Large and Huge Backpacks for a diving tank, and a Pilot Mask that acts as a snorkel and a gasmask.

Radiation
The requirement for to fully utilize these radiation zones are to have a gas mask and filters. There is generally uranium and rarer ores in these locations. WARNING: There is generally a Dense Radiation zone within a Radiation Zone. There is one Radiation Zone on the East Half of South Island. You can find Ores within a crypt and scattered around the construction site.

Underwater Radiation
The requirements are soft on a snorkel and diving tank equivalent, and a requirement on gas masks and filters. There is a pipe leading away from the Nuclear Power Plant on South Island towards the South where there is a couple of Uranium Ores scattered nearby.

Near the center of the map in the cove, there is a sunken cruise liner, there is a couple of Uranium Ores within and some Diamond Ores nearby.

There is a somewhat hidden Uranium Mining location in a valley underwater South East of South Island.

Dense Radiation
Hard Requirements is to have Pilot Bottom, Pilot Top, Pilot Mask, and a Diving Tank equivalent. In most Radiation or Underwater Radiation Zones, close to an enclosed space would be a Dense Radiation Zone. The most prominent and easy to access would be the crypt cave on South Island.

Within the Pipe System of the Nuclear Power Plant there is some Uranium Ore polluting the system.

Lumberjack

To start off on lumberjack, make your way to the Coliz Company marked on the map. There is a woodcutting factory near the location where you can buy the tools you need to cut wood from the lumberjack npc there.


It is recommended to buy an alicepack and chainsaw to start off. You can start by chopping down the trees near the area and sell them to the NPC to make money (make sure to craft the logs to log stacks to efficiently use your storage).

It is much more beneficial to craft your wood into wooden crates and sell it to the lumber npc for 5% more profit. Refer to Farming section last part for info on how to bulk sell your wood.

Farming

Before starting on farming, make sure you have a property bought from a staff beforehand where you can plant and grow your crops to sell to the npc for profit.

Make your way over to Lander's Farm to Farmer Michela which will get you started on the farming aspect of the server.


To grow crops you need planters of the crops, place them on the ground, wait for a few hours and harvest them and sell them back to the NPC.


You can also increase the tier of crop farming in the npc by completing quests which require to give the npc a certain amount of crops of the current tier you are on. Tiering up is beneficial as each tier comes with it's own set of crops which can be sold to the npc and earn even more profit than the previous tier.


If you are growing large planters, they give 24 baskets per large planter and you can sell it to the dealer who buys in bulk to get 5% more profit. No matter what you sell, selling it in bulk will always give you 5% more profit.

To start selling in bulk, head over to the bulk dealer at this location.


Buy one empty wooden crate (you get the wooden crate back after selling your crops), craft all your baskets into this wooden crate and sell it to the npc for a 5% profit.

Tip: If you are growing cotton, always grow tobacco with it. Convert the cotton to cloth, craft cigars, and bulk sell them at the bulk npc to get the most profit.

Drugs

Before starting on drug farming, make sure you have a property bought from a staff beforehand where you can plant and grow your drugs to sell to the npc for profit.

Make your way over to Long Island to Dealer Marcola which will get you started on the drug farming aspect of the server.


To grow drugs you need planters of the drugs, place them on the ground, wait for a few hours, harvest them, convert them using the right equipment and sell them back to the NPC.

Drugs like weed and spice require just converting the basket into milled weed/spice using a grinder which is available in tools vendor of the npc.


You can also increase the tier of drug farming in the npc by completing quests which require to give the npc a certain amount of product of the current tier you are on. Tiering up is beneficial as each tier comes with it's own set of drugs which can be sold to the npc and earn even more profit than the previous tier.


Keep in mind that you can only place 40 illegal planters of any type on the server at once. Also drugs are illegal to grow and if the police catches you in the act it can result in all your drugs being seized by them. Make sure to have additional airlocks in your base and don't keep your door open or let strangers inside.

Drugs at higher tier like cocaine, heroin, lsd, fentanyl and meth require crates of chemicals to be crafted. Buying those crates directly from the chemical vendor in the npc can be time consuming and you can buy wrong amount of crates at times. You can buy all the crates required for one of each product using the npc by paying 10% more than you would buying it individually from the vendor.


This is much more recommended as it saves time so you can grow more drugs and gain more profit in the long term.

You can also bulk sell drugs for 5% more profit, refer to farming section last part for info on how to bulk sell your drugs to the bulk dealer npc.

Guns

Guns are a core part for the server as they are required when you are in a gang, robbing or taking hostages for bank robberies. Guns can be acquired in the server through a couple of ways listed below:

Legal Gun NPC

Legal Gun NPC can be found in the gun shop of clearwater with the attachments npc.


To access the guns vendor in this npc you require Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 weapons license from the "Mayors Assistant" NPC in the bank opposite the gun shop.


After buying the licenses, you will be able to see all gun vendors. You can buy certain licenses to get access to certain vendors if you don't have enough money.

Illegal Gun NPC

Illegal Gun NPC can be found in the sewers entrance right across the police department. After going inside the sewers, follow the arrows on the top or follow the video if you can't see anything there.

Gang Shipments

Gangs can order weapon shipments and sell them to normal players through #auction-house from the discord[discord.gg] or in-game. For more info, refer to gangs section.

Illegal Gun Crafting

Players can craft illegal weapons and sell them to other players or keep it for their own use. For more info as to how to craft guns, refer to Gun Crafting section.

Restock Gun NPC

Players can buy shops from a staff member and apply for a gun restock license to get access to a special npc which lets you buy from a variety of weapons and sell it in your shop for a profit. For more info refer to the #applications channel in discord[discord.gg].

Donator Kits

Players can buy donator ranks from the server store[store.udarkrp.com] and get access to kits which gives you weapons.

Unboxing Crates

You can buy crates that you can unbox for a chance to get weapons using /unbox ingame.

Gun Crafting

Before starting on gun crafting, there are a few things to keep in mind. You require a lot of ingots [gold, copper, iron, tin] and a lot of metal scrap to craft guns. It is recommended to have a high tier pickaxe like diamond or uranium to gather ingots faster or have a shop in the main city buying ores from players for a higher price or look around in #auction-house in discord[discord.gg] for players selling ingots. If you don't know of the places to get ores at, refer to Mining section.

To start on gun crafting, head over to terry industrial and talk with npc Jack.


John will give you a quest to bring him a few gun parts and he will give you access to the weapon's distribution network.


These items can be crafted using different ingots. Crafting recipes are below:

Springs:
5 Metal Scrap

Trigger:
2 Copper Ingot

SMG Parts:
1 Gold Ingot + 3 Copper Ingot + 5 Iron Ingot + 2 Tin Ingot

Pistol Parts:
3 Copper Ingot + 2 Iron Ingot + 3 Tin Ingot

Rifle Parts:
2 Gold Ingot + 2 Copper Ingot + 4 Iron Ingot + 3 Tin Ingot

Rifle Barrel:
3 Iron Ingot + 1 Copper Ingot

SMG Barrel:
3 Iron Ingot

Pistol Barrel:
2 Iron Ingot

After completing the quest, you can talk with John again and click on "Teleport" to go the weapon's factory.


After inside the factory, go over to "Workbench UI" NPC and enable the UI.


This UI will show the full amount of parts required to make a specific gun and what you are making currently. Refer to the video below for a full guide on how to create a gun in the weapon's factory.

After crafting the gun, you can sell it to players from your shop [keep in mind, it's illegal so you can get arrested for selling them publicly at your shop], or you can list them in the #auction-house in discord[discord.gg]

You can also sell the gun to the NPC that teleports you out of the factory.

Backpacks

Backpacks give an increased amount of storage than any other clothing item which is especially required to craft drugs as they need a lot of space to store the items required for crafting.

To start on the first tier backpack, you require 5 10x cloth to craft it. Or you can buy it from the clothing npc at clear water.


The backpacks can be crafted into the next tier which requires ingots from mines [you have to take off the backpack to see the next tier crafting recipe]. For more info refer to the Mining section.

Jobs

There are a few jobs on the server which give you money while being in that job ingame and doing job related work:

• EMS
  
• Firefighter
  
• Police
  
• Gangs

EMS

Being in EMS gives you access to the ability to revive people when they are downed, you get money for reviving people and also a bonus amount if you have responded to a notification of a downed person and go over there and revive them. For more info, apply in the #applications channel on discord[discord.gg]

Firefighter

Being in fire fighter gives you the ability to fight fires that randomly spawn on the server at specific locations, you get money per fire extinguished. For more info, apply in the #applications channel on discord[discord.gg]

Police

Being in the police gives you a fixed amount of salary for every 30 minutes you are on-duty in the police group in-game. You get to fight criminals, stop heists and raid illegal places if you get accepted to the SWAT division of police. For more info, apply in the #applications channel on discord[discord.gg]

Gangs

Being in a gang gives you access to a lot of stuff like doing gang wars with other gangs, buying shipments of illegal weapons, smuggling drugs for a higher price, getting crypto miners and money printers for a lower price.

Server map has been sectioned off into their own territories, each territory can be held by a gang if they have a registered safehouse in that area which also gives you a passive income salary for all gang members in that gang also gives you access to the black-market for that specific territory. You can register your own gang which has a few requirements to meet before you can in the discord[discord.gg]

Bank Robbery

Before starting bank robs, make sure that you have a lot of money as an investment to rob the banks. The equipment to rob a bank can cost up to $200,000 however it can be very lucrative as you can make up to $360,000 in the bank at long beach.

First check if the bank you are trying to rob is robbable by doing /checkdrill while inside it. Then you can go and get the equipment to rob the bank.

To start getting the equipment, make your way over to the oil rig and climb up the ladder to find the "Illegal Guy NPC".


Go over to "Drills" vendor and buy the large drill with large bits and large powercores.
Each Vault Safe in the bank requires 2 gold bits and 1 bronze power core.
Each Vault Door in the bank requires 4 gold bits and 2 bronze power cores.


Make your way over to any of the banks in long beach or new vegas with all the equipment. And place your drill pointing at any of the safes or the vault door.

Keep in mind, the safes outside the vault have barely any gold, the safes inside the vault have a lot of gold and are more lucrative but you have to drill through the door first holding off all the police that will be notified as soon as you place the drill.

After drilling and grabbing all the gold, you have to evade the police and make your way back to the oil rig to that guy and sell all the gold bullions for money. If you leave the server or die with the gold, you will drop it.

Jewelry Store Robbery

Before starting jewelry robs, make sure that you have a lot of money as an investment to rob the stores. The equipment to rob a jewelry store can cost up to $360,000 however it can be very lucrative as you can make up to $1,100,000 in the jewelry store at new vegas.

First check if the jewelry store you are trying to rob is robbable by doing /checkdrill while inside it. Then you can go and get the equipment to rob the store.

To start getting the equipment, make your way over to the oil rig and climb up the ladder to find the "Illegal Guy NPC".


Go over to "Drills" vendor and buy the small drill with small bits and small powercores.
Each Jewelry Showcase in the jewelry store requires 2 gold bits and 1 bronze power core.
Each Vault Door in the jewelry store requires 3 gold bits and 2 bronze power cores.


Make your way over to the jewelry store in new vegas with all the equipment. And place your drill pointing at any of the showcases or the vault door.


Keep in mind, the cases outside the vault have silver jewelry, the cases inside the vault have a lot of gold and platinum jewelry and are more lucrative but you have to drill through the door first holding off all the police that will be notified as soon as you place the drill.

After drilling and grabbing all the jewelry, you have to evade the police and make your way back to the oil rig to that guy and sell all the jewelry for money. If you leave the server or die with the jewelry, you will drop it.

Art Gallery Robbery

Before starting art gallery rob, make sure that you have a lot of money as an investment to rob the art gallery. The equipment to rob the art museum can cost up to $1,030,000 however it can be very lucrative as you can make up to $4,200,000 in all paintings.

First check if the art gallery is robbable by doing /checkdrill while inside it. Then you can go and get the equipment to rob the gallery.

To start getting the equipment, make your way over to the oil rig and climb up the ladder to find the "Illegal Guy NPC".


Go over to "Drills" vendor and buy the small saw drill with small saw blades and small powercores.
Each Painting in the art gallery requires 2 gold saw blades and 1 bronze power core.
Each Vault Door in the art gallery requires 4 gold bits and 2 bronze power cores.


Make your way over to the art gallery in new vegas with all the equipment. And place your drill pointing at any of the paintings or the vault door.

There are about 24 paintings outside and 18 paintings inside the safe.

After drilling and grabbing all the paintings, you have to evade the police and make your way back to the oil rig to that guy and sell all the paintingsfor money. If you leave the server or die with the paintings, you will drop it.
