Q: CE Compatible?
A: Ask the CE team i will not make CE patches its their responsibility

Q: Why ?
A: Because its like giving drugs to an addict and your no son of mine once you touch that thing you call CE

Q: Are they craftable ?
A: No , you can use my other mod : Make anything craftable if you want to do it and dont know how to do xml .

Seems to work with 1.5
The void hediff stacks even when a pawn isn't hit though. Can't remember if this was always the case
All in all, good mod. Thanks for considering updating it (flex.emoji)
