Omschrijving

The Special Activities Division (SAD) is a unit of the National Secret Operations Division of the Central Intelligence Agency, which is specially responsible for special operations. Its predecessor is the special forces of the Office of Strategic Services. The Special Operations Section consists of two independent groups, namely the Special Operations Group responsible for tactical paramilitary operations and the Political Action Group responsible for covert political operations.

The mutator has some kind of bug at least in SPEC-OPS mode: a huge character model appears on the map (there is no collision, T-pose), at the same time one of the units (usually a boat) stops showing signs of life.
