What's included?
    # All weapons -including sounds even secret CS:S MP5 and SG552 assault rifle.
    # Almost all melee weapons.
    # Survivor skins.
    # Tank
    # Pills, adrenaline, medkit, gas tanks, ammo pile etc.
    # Main menu replacement
    # High-res common infected textures
    # Custom loading screen images for official maps
    # In game survivor icon replacement
    # Better blood textures
    # Main menu music replacement
 
What's not included? Or planned to.
    # Special infected. -If I find some cool skins they will be here
    # Chainsaw, katana
    # Spas shotgun skin -although a sound replacement is included
    # Witch
    # So far no sound replacement for MP5
 
What is never going to be included?
    # What I see as a game breaker. No matter how cool it looks, put it this way, having Resident Evil characters as survivors? Or Minecraft zombies for common infected? They don't belong into Source universe* Come on man, you're playing L4D no need that stuff.

PLEASE note that I'm not the maker of these items; this is just a collection curated by me. I make sure items here doesn't conflict with each other but if you have problem with an item in this collection don't hesitate to address your issuse to the item owner. Feel free to leave a message if you have any idea or suggestion.

*Only exception is tank skin which is using Bane from Batman game. If I find some cool tank will be repalaced.
