Chapmans 3-2-2-3 WM Formation

The tactic Herbet Chapman created back in the 1920's has everything the modern Arsenal has today like, control, possession and beatiful free flowing football.
I decided to create this tactic after hearing tails from my grandfather about the way Arsenal used to play back in his school boy days, so I thought id do some reading and re-create the W-M formation that the legend himself Herbet Chapman created. He picked up this tactic as the change to the offside rule came into play so he found a way to counter it and nobody since has been able to create such an attacking/defensive formation as Chapmans.

Key Attributes

Sweeper Keeper - Pace, Rushing Out, Command of Area, Reflexes

Centre Backs - Pace, Positioning and Technique

Full Backs - Pace, Technique

Half Backs - Speed, Positioning, Technique and passing

Attacking Midfielders - Good creativty and finishing

False 9 - Striker with good finishing and somebody who breaks the offside trap

Wingers - player who like to cut inside and curl the ball into the corners

F9- Place shots in the corner, Breaks the offside trap, tries one twos

Wingers - Place shots in the corner, tries one twos, run with ball

Attack. Midfielders - Tries one twos, come deep to get the ball, place shots in the corner

HB - Does not dive into tackles, stops play, likes to switch ball to other flanks

Dont forget that playing FM isnt downloading plug & play tactic and lets win everything now, so if it doesnt work for you, before blaming everyone else, give the tactic a time, analyze everything calmly, as i said before if im having success with it, so can you, there are a lot of things you must do to have success with any tactic, if you dont pay attention to this, you will not have success with this or any tactic.
