Elusive Target Guide: The Revolutionary

This guide serves as a walkthrough for the Elusive target called "The Revolutionary" Which can be found in Santa Fortuna (The third map in Hitman 2)
I have Included pics and an annotated map.

Basic Info

DIFFICULTY: 9/10
GUARDS?: The areas in which the Target stays around always contains many guards. Overall he is extremely difficult to isolate from the street soldiers.
RANDOM LOOP?: No, BUT 3 random locations!

MY RATING: 3/10
An interesting target for sure. The unique "gimmick" that this ET brings is that he has three potential spawn locations around the Santa Fortuna Town. (By the water, inside a Hut and inside of the street soldier HQ.) This makes creating and eventually refining a consistent strategy extremely luck based and difficult overall. Out of the three spawn locations, only one is favourable in my opinion. Luckily you can simply restart the mission until he spawns in the area you want! I like the target's lore a lot, however he is insanely difficult to isolate for a kill. The only strategy that works in all 3 locations is to poison his wine glass, however there is NO disguise that will let you poison it safely and without trespassing. As a result, you will have to distract 2 to 6 guards in order to pull this off! If the target spawned in better, less cramped locations then I would enjoy it a lot more. However, I feel that this ET is far too tricky to complete without bringing in very specific Items or without restarting the map again and again to force a "good" target spawn.

Thankfully, I have provided a map and listed a few strategies for players struggling with this ET.

Strategies

MAP:
(The 3 Different Spawns of the Target are numbered above)
RECOMMENDED METHODS:
1 - Loosen gas canister valve with wrench. (Located on level 1 on the balcony of the Cartel Hangout)
LOCATION #1 ONLY


2 - Use Sieker and Gun lures to get rid of guards, then inject target with Lethal Poison Syringe.
LOCATION #2 OR #3 ONLY (Requires Sieker1 or anything else that is Emetic)

3 - Create a Target lock-down via nearby (remotely triggered) explosion and then quickly poison wine glass while target's room is temporarily vacated.
WORKS FOR ALL LOCATIONS (Requires Lethal Poison Vial/ Pills/ Flower/ Frog)


BONUS METHODS:
1 - Go to the right around the guard, sneak behind the Fishing Shanty Building then place a Banana on the ground precisely where mine is in the picture. When the Target takes a break from recording he will walk outside and will slip on the banana peel into the water. LOL

2 - Trigger a Target Lockdown via explosive detonation in the yellow area, then drop a remote micro taser in the puddle (Blue Circle), if done correctly, the target will run from his spawn (Red Circle) along the orange path. Just before he runs over the puddle, Activate your Remote Taser!

Extra

Completing this target will also unlock the "Casual Tourist with Gloves Suit Variant" (Shown below)
