It wont modified the game file at all, so you are safe to use online

Setup

Exact the file into a folder. Open the nvidiaProfileInspector


choose "Profile" in the top left DARK SOULS 3 , then change these settings:

Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling : AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL


Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX) : 0x00000078



POWER Management MODE: 0x00000005

DONE

Enjoy DS3 runescape

as a poor person sorry to say that but buying a new pc might be the only solution. otherwise play with lags or dont play at all. i used this tutorial but for some reason when fighting gael i get periodic FPS drops down to 10 FPS. well. im glad it works atleast and i can see 60 fps most of the time anyway. thank you
