Description
Adds the Rave CIC, a variant Reinforced CIC with flashing bridge lights and music.

Current version: 0.1.5

Change Log
- 0.1.5: Start music after very short delay to avoid potential audio desync issues / ensure audio on multiple CICs follows the same musical beat
- 0.1.4: Update asset bundle to LZ4 compression -- larger file but faster load
- 0.1.2: Update to game version 0.3.1
- 0.1.1: Fix interface bug when installing / uninstalling multiple Rave CICs on the same ship on Fleet Editor
- 0.1: Initial release

As you ships hard burn to a stop in combat and the music grows louder and then quieter as the ship passes by the camera... :steamhappy:
