u can spend money at the Blacksmith to upgrade ur equipment

Note: to find the smith, need to press the alt key after entering the town, and then look for a white smith icon, and talk to him. it's not clicking the smithy button on the town ui.

1. supports crafted weapons and saddles

added an option: You can now upgrade all equipment of a teammate to the top level at once.
optimized the teammate list: If a teammate’s equipment cannot be upgraded, they will not appear in the options.

1. fixed the issue of low-level equipment having 0 price.
2. compatible with the issue of a large quiver of arrows being more expensive than legendary, which is because Taleworlds stupidly set the price of a large quiver to 2, but legendary only has 1.8. I don't want to keep adapting to their xml changes, so I hard-coded the price of a large quiver to 1.4 when I read it, and this 1.4 will only take effect when upgrading equipment, the legendary arrows in the shop will still be cheaper than a large quiver.
