This Guide simplifies and explains the entities that you encounter throughout the game.
PART 1 & 2.
Bacteria:
Bacteria is only in one level, which is Level 0, Bacteria can be avoided by running in zig zags behind/around walls, you can watch where Bacteria is going without getting noticed by pressing Q, E near walls to peek.

Smilers: Smilers can be encountered in the Habitable Zone. Smilers can be easily avoided by staying in the light that's in the Habitable zone.

Skin Stealers: Skin Stealers are large humanoid entities, they sometimes conceal themselves as a player, and use prerecorded voice lines to trick you into thinking they're a player. They can be recognized by running towards you suspiciously boldly.
They're also easily avoidable by closing yourself in a room if you see someone running at you from somewhere where the Skin Stealers usually walk around.

Hounds: (Station) Hounds are just toddler-craving pitbulls. Shine your flashlights at them. They will be sent back to their original place after stunning 2-3 with your flashlight.

Female Deathmoths: (Hotel boiler room) Deathmoths are giant moths that usually chill on walls near Boilers. Don't shine your lights at them, nor don't try to outrun them, they'll catch you. You can crouch while going around them to not aggrovate them, and if they're already chasing you, just hope you're lucky and near a pipe that has a thingy you can turn, it will release steam which will block the deathmoths way, it'll give up and go back to it's spot.

Party Goers: (Level Fun) Partygoers can be easily avoided by crouching and walking around. They can also be baited by popping balloons spread around the level, mostly strapped to table, if you're being chased, hide under a table, the partygoers will instantly leave you alone.

Scratcher: (The End) Scratcher can be avoided by.. Well.. Being avoided. Stay tf away from him at all times.

Animations: (Level 94) Watch out for the time. Whenever the sun is setting, get into a house immadietly and hide.

Animated King: (Boss) As soon as the lights go out, turn around alot, he attacks from behind.

Wretch: (Lights Out) Hug the walls and crouch when he's near, he reacts to noise.
PART 3 & 4.
The Neighborhood Watch: (Level 9) Neighborhood watch is a giant eye with 4 hands walking down all the streets in Level 9. To not get caught, avoid the walking Eye Ball by hiding in small cracks between the houses or simply try entering one, but there's only a small chance the door is unlocked. The neighborhood watch runs extremely fast one it's spotted it's prey, so stay away from walking along the road and instead stay close to the houses.

Facelings: (Level 10) There are two species of Facelings. Farmer Facelings are Type A. Farmer facelings are easily frightened by any outsiders, they will stop in whatever they're doing to start up their chainsaw and chase after the player to kill them.
Type B aka the second type are Rogue Faceling. They hide in the fields and creep around players on the road. Always watch your back, it's better for YOU to catch THEM instead of THEM catching YOU, trust me. To prevent getting murdered by these assfaces in the fields, simply look at them. They will then run back into the fields.

House Wretches: These wretches are also located in Level 9. They wield weapons and defend their houses, they take 1-2 hits to kill the player. They won't dare to leave their household and can't open locked doors. Your best bet would be leaving their premises as soon as you were spotted by one.

THE THING: inaccessible.

Bone Thieves: Bone Thieves as of right now are only accessible in one level and can NOT roam the level.
The only way to avoid the singular Bone Thief in the Level 0 sublevel, "0.2", is to not go in to the area blocked off by warning and traffic barriers. You can pass the Bone Thief once finishing your task on the level and temporarily closing the gate that blocks the Bone Thief off.

Clumps: Clumps is the large blob with tons of hands and a demon-like jaw.
Clumps is found on level "!~!" and a Poolrooms Sublevel "37.2".
Clumps sort of works like Bacteria, it simply roams the level, looking for its prey. Clumps cannot climb only SOME staircases and can't go into water, so jump into a pool if you're being chased by Clumps.

Aranea Membri: Aranea Membri is a giant disturbing entity with a body that resembles a spider with thick limbs. Aranea Membri cannot be outran, so you have to hide inside of a room and stay away from the doors. Aranea Membri roam the level freely and come out of the vents in the ceiling on the level.

Visitor (Man in the Window): Visitors only appear on level "188". They stalk you and knock on your windows. They cannot break in.
Don't go past between the Bed and Cabinet and you won't be killed.

Party Hosts: Party hosts are only stationary Entities in the Level called "Fun+".
They are cakes with eyes in the center, your task is to simply hit them with fireworks. You can determine if a Party Host has been killed by seeing if their eye is closed, if it is closed, the host is dead.
They occasionally summon Party-goers to attack you, so here is the best attack pattern to kill all Party Hosts:
1. Enter new Room/Area
2. Hide under a desk until the wave of Party-Goers leaves
3. Locate Host
4. Hide under a desk again and let the wave pass
5. Throw firework at Party Host
6. Hide under desk and let the wave pass
7. Procced to next Room/Area and repeat

Party Poopers: Party Poopers are humanoid entities that are not hostile or dangerous in any way to any wanderers in the Backrooms.
You can find a Party Pooper in Level "52". He will guide you through the level safely as there are also Party-Goers with you in the level.
Simply side with them and you'll be okay.

Funfact: Smilers in some of the new levels can be killed with Light sources like Flashlights and Cameras.
fin.
Congrats, you now know how to interact and NOT interact with every entity in the game.

I literally specified that it is inaccessible therefore cannot have a description as you don't encounter it during your time in the level, it simply breaks the cage and disappears.
If you're talking about the boat section then that's self explanatory and doesn't need a guide.
