The first fully filmed train with the new livery for future services between Milan and Lugano entered service on 16 September called "TiLo", an acronym that abbreviates and unites Ticino and Lombardy.
The livery consists of three horizontal stripes that run along all the sides of the cars: one made up of two smaller ones, red and green, placed at the top, a thicker central black one and a gray one at the base of the case. The three stripes are divided by white, while under the central black band runs a further very small one still composed of red and green. The pilot cars and the E.464 locomotives take up this scheme, with the noses painted in grey.
The "TiLo" project provides for the application of this new coloring scheme on ten similar trains in service on the Milan - Chiasso line and on ten E.464 class locomotives, from .189 to .199.

E' entrato in servizio il 16 settembre il primo convoglio interamente pellicolato con la nuova livrea per i futuri servizi tra Milano e Lugano denominati "TiLo", sigla che abbrevia ed unisce appunto Ticino e Lombardia.
La livrea è costituita da tre strisce orizzontali che corrono lungo tutte le fiancate delle vetture: una composta da due più piccole, rossa e verde, posta in alto, una nera centrale più spessa ed una grigia alla base della cassa. Le tre strisce sono frammezzate dal bianco, mentre sotto la fascia nera centrale ne corre una ulteriore molto piccola composta ancora dal rosso e dal verde. Le vetture pilota e le locomotive E.464 riprendono questo schema, con i musi verniciati di grigio.
l progetto "TiLo" prevede l'applicazione di questo nuovo schema di coloritura su dieci convogli simili in servizio sulla linea Milano - Chiasso e su dieci locomotive gruppo E.464, dalla .189 alla .199.
