Battery Charge Nextbot - The nextbot that multiplies

Description
Battery Charge is a complex nextbot. Once you spawn him in, he rushes at you at a fast pace.

When you get killed, however, another Battery Charge spawns!

He also ignores the "ai_disabled 1" command.
