How to fix Hello Neighbor crash?

Did you just buy Hello Neighbor and it's not working? Relax, 'cause I'm gonna teach you how to fix this error.

There are two ways to solve this problem.

First way.

Step 1

Identify this problem.

• Are you trying to play Hello Neighbor and suddenly it crashes?

If your answer is "Yes, I am", let me tell you it has an easy solution.

Step 2

Go to the taskbar.

Step 3

Clic on the WIFI icon.

Step 4

Turn off WIFI.

Second way

Step 1

Ensure you have Steam Launcher downloaded and updated.

Step 2

Clic on the gear.

Step 3

Place the mouse cursor on "Manage".

Step 4

Clic on "Browse local files".

Step 5

Double clic on the "Engine" folder.

Step 6

Double clic on the "Extras" folder.

Step 7

Clic on the "Redist" folder.

You'll see a file called "UE4PrereqSetup_x64". Double clic it and install it. If you already have it installed, you're almost done.

Now type "env" into your windows search bar and clic on "Edit the system environment variables".

Clic on "Environment Variables".

Clic on "New" in system variables section.

Step 13

Now you have to fill those fields with this information:
Variable name: OPENSSL_ia32cap
Variable value: ~0x20000000
And clic on "OK".

Step 14

Clic on "OK".

Step 15

And finally, clic on "OK".
At this point, you'll want to restart your PC and that's it.
