Historically Accurate Meiji Restoration Year

For people who want the vanilla Victoria 3 Japan experience with minimum tweaks.

When you finish the Honorable Restoration as Japan, different emperors appear depending on the year it was finished.

This mod changes the year requirement year for Emperor Meiji to rise to the throne to be historically accurate: 1868 instead of 1879

Emperor Taisho's birth year has also been changed to 1868 to prevent negative age.

Should be compatible with everything unless it removes the Restoration event itself.
