It's scp 973-1, this was originally a 1970 police car that was normal by FriendlySkies25 if I'm correct. W/S for drive, A/D for steer, and fire action 1 for speeding up faster than normal vehicles. Max speed is about 600mph (965 kph, that's what the internet says, I've tested it, and it'll crash at about 700 kph) before it gets unstable and crashes, (this applies to version 1.3) (this speed only works if your going straight).
