Gigachad Empire for Star Wars New Dawn

A submod for Star Wars New Dawn that turns virgin Palpy imps into true Gigachads. Lots of new Imperial leaders: new governors, scientists and generals. Lots of new traits for all the existing leaders.

The last two are SORT OF present in the New Dawn since the latest update - they can spawn in the leaders pool. But I included them from the start, so you could begin the Reconquest of the Rim ASAP.
