HOWTO unmute everyone

If you have been playing TF2 for a while, you have probably muted a few players before. As you might know, this is a permanent action, and with the given ingame tools you can only unmute players that are currently in a server with you.

So whenever you feel like unmuting all the poor souls you have muted over the years, you need to do the following steps:

1. Go to your \steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf folder
   
2. Locate the file named voice_ban.dt
   
3. Delete this file (or just move it somewhere else to keep it for future use if you prefer)

Done.

Everyone is now unmuted, and TF2 will create a new instance of this file when you mute someone the next time.
