Gives all achievements for Colossus of the South, Voice of the People, Sphere of Influence, and Pivot of Empire. No DLC required

- I made this because I thought that it was funny, I have no idea why some people are so mad at this. If you want to get the achievements the normal way, then don't use this mod.
- Saves you $56 of DLC
- Just remember that the developers decided to enable achievements with mods, so this is actually playing the game as the devs intended :3
