@the_jevry it's an option in the "Quality of Life" section in Rain World Remix, called "No Ringing in Ears". Defaulted to off for me.

well that's just great now i need to wait for someone to mod it back in because i prefer WITH tinnitus (adds to the immersion for me)

OP, check the patch notes, the devs approved of your mod so much they integrated it into the patch
