Arena+

Description
Arena+ is a mod for enhancing the overall experience in competitive mode by adding new features, reworks and tweaks.

We rebuilt the mod from scratch to make it easier to add new features, which means more updates! (unless a DLC comes and breaks everything)

Main features :
  • Random slugcat every round
  • Objects randomizer
  • Improved config UI since last version
  • Optional slugcats buff/balance
  • Objects buffs and reworks
  • Funny gameplay features

The mod no longer requires more slugcat and you can play it with any dlc, but you need to have a dlc.
Don't ask me why this is what Videocult chose to do.

The mod should now be compatible with the Watcher
There are still many fixes and changes in progress and probably some mistakes and bugs still left
But I'm the only developer who finished the watcher so it's going to take some time
And for the addition of new functionality I will wait for the watcher to be unlockable in arena

Just wanted to thank you for the mod! I know it doesn't work right now but we had so much fun thanks to this with friends in arenas before the Watcher dropped. It's insaneee

yes its currently completely broken like half of the mods in the workshop
It will take time to be fixed and updated especially with their DLC shared features thing that lock features behind dlc, any dlc

gives me the white screen of death when loading into an arena as of the watcher update..

Doesn't seem like there's an exception log. On that note, some other things seem to work to. The fight timer works. The only thing that seems to not work are the changes to the slugcats, which is unfortunate, because artificer really needs some arena balancing

its generated when there is an error
and this case I think the functionality itself is crashing while not affecting the rest of the game

It isn't a crash. I thought the exception log is only generated upon a crash?

The other features still work, just none of the mod options. I can scroll through slugcats rather than being forced to click on the name a dozen times if I accidentally click past the one I want, but none of the remix options.

It doesn't seem to be working for me. None of the options make any changes, artificer is still broken (unfortunately), saint can't throw spears, the gourmand better-crafting items aren't spawning. The boxes are checked, I've hit apply, but still nothin'. Anyone got any clues?

It's likely a mod incompatibility, as I've got a ton of mods, but before I go through the entire mod-list I'd thought I'd check to see if anyone knows what the issue might be, because I have zero leads.
