Description
In this variant of my 4 lane roads, this features center two-way/bi-directional tram tracks with greenery, parking and bike lanes in between the tram questionably.

Traffic Manager: President Edition is optional for parking to work but the After Dark DLC and Snow Fall DLC is required to use tram and bikes lanes.

If you're wondering why this is low effort, this is one of my first go at a custom road using TDM's Road Builder so idk how to make the elevated/underground version pretty so stick to ground only. Screenshot coming soon.
