Hero Siege is an Action-RPG with tons of customization and a bullet hell like combat, in which you focus on leveling up and obtaining powerful equipment.
It released on steam in january 2014 and is currently in its 18th season with constant updates and changes, as well as new implemented classes you can buy as DLCs.
