I think a good spot to start on would be people like Salem and Ozpin/Oscar and have the teams for both be unique units or civs on their own. Just a thought

@Pyrocrates1 - Hey :se: I'm happy to be the first to have created a rwby faction.

I'm trying to take a "realistic" approach to create my mods, exploring what the lore could give if made into gameplay. Even if I would like to see Yang, I don't see her governing a faction. Jaune maybe a bit more ? But still.
My next propable goal is Sienna Khan, as the dirigeant of la Ménagerie. I'll see when I get it done.
