Collector Spiffo can be found in the usual places where all traditional Spiffo plushies are found. However if you want the full experience you will want to keep an eye on your neighbors mailboxes to find a pristine unopened Makeship plushie bag. Once opened you'll find yourself a brand new Collector Spiffo WITH his rare backpack and nail bat.
