Before Home Depot and Lowes home improvement stores rose to prominence, individual locally owned suppliers for your plumbing, electrical, lighting and hardware needs would be present in many main street corridors around the U.S. Today they are fewer and further between. Mosaic Supplies was a tile store showroom on Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn NYC. I made the building architecture a little more dramatic but the signage and checkerboard storefront is accurate to what existed on the real-life store.

Negligble sizes/tris. Corner and Vertical signs have illumination. All submeshes have LODs.
