There is a DOOM lost soul easter egg that you may or may not know was in the Entropy : Zero 2

How to activate the lost soul.

You gonna need the Xen grenades for this to work and you must throw at a skeleton and a corpse that you'll see in the following chapters.

That same "lost soul" model appears in a few other Half Life mods to! For example, many of the Map Labs on RTSL, especially the Halloween ones have them.
