Renfe 594 series (refurbished version)

This mod adds Renfe's 594 diesel unit in its refurbished version providing Regional and Media Distancia services.

Renfe's 594 series is a diesel unit made up of two cars. It was manufactured by the CAF-Bombardier consortium in two batches, delivered in 1997 and 2001 respectively. The rear end of each car allowed several trains to be coupled together, opening the driver's cab and allowing passengers to pass between them. It has a top speed of 160km/h. It has been used for Regional Express services (in its derivatives Catalunya Exprés, Andalucía Exprés, Rexionais Galicia, Castilla y León Exprés and Regionales Aragón), currently providing Media Distancia services. Starting in 2007, the series underwent an important transformation in which different unit systems were modified, the appearance of the interiors was changed, and the original rubber front was replaced by a more aerodynamic one, giving the train greater reliability.
