Coach in Manny's outfit from The Last of Us

Ever since the TLOU 2 survivors got deleted, I want to re-upload every TLOU survivors since those are my favourite addons. I hope the creator of this addon are okay with it.

I don't how to recolor skin mods. I was reuploading the TLOU survivors that I got left.

I have a question, do you recolor on skin-mods? Idk how to do it, I had a friend to give me the texture and I recolor it but he doesn't know how to do recolors on characters either.
