Description
Current Game Version Compatibility: 1.37.* versions of the game
What does this mod?
Adds a new fantasy nation to the game. This nation is called the Confederate Rome Republic. Here is a list of which changes occur.
  • This nation starts as a one province minor in America (New world)
  • This nation has Roman culture and follows the protestant religion.
  • This nation starts having 10 level tech, and starts as High American tech group
  • This nation has ridiculously overpowered national ideas -> so it can easily snowball eat everyone around it.

Also, there is something you need to know: for some reason, this nation starts as not discovering the world, basically, you can’t see any nation other than yourself. However, in the first month of the game, this nation gets an event that makes it discover the North American continent. So, it is not a big deal.

In conclusion, this is a super duper ultra-mega overpowered custom fantasy nation. Be aware when you use this mod. It is strongly recommended to use this nation as an opponent to flavor your game. Think of it as an end-game boss xd.
Is it compatible with ironman?
Of course, it is not compatible with Ironman.
Is it compatible with other mods?
Mods work by doing two things: they can either edit/change codes in a vanilla game file (usually we see this) or they create a new file that doesn’t interfere with the vanilla game files and still be recognized by the game. (For such as /on_actions/00_on_actions.txt file, if you see ‘00_’ on any file, usually, it is possible to create a new file starting with something different and the game will recognize it. And your mod most probably will be compatible with other mods by doing this, however, most of the time, you don’t have this opportunity because eventually, you have to edit/change some vanilla game files in order to make necessary adjustments for your idea. In my case, I had to do it in order to mitigate some AI issues)

Incompatibility results from the same vanilla game files edited/altered by the same mods. In this mod, I used every opportunity to make it compatible with every possible mod. But, in some places, I had to make changes to vanilla game files which will create compatibility issues. I cannot say which mods will be incompatible but I will give you the list of what vanilla game files did I edit/change. So you can check the mods you want to combine files and see whether both mods change/edit the same vanilla game files or not.

But, I believe, most of the time you’ll be okay to use this mod with whatever mod you want to combine. Here is the list (As you can see, it is very unlikely you find a mod that edits these same vanilla files xd)

Future of this mod
I cannot give any guarantee (I do modding when I really want to create some things, it becomes a pain in the *** when I’m not passionate about it or don’t want to do it.) but if I want to continue developing this mod, you can expect:
  • Special mission trees for this nation
  • Maybe adding more nations around the world
  • Other things that I don’t know currently (meaning: comments & suggestions on this mods page, so feel free to express your opinions & suggestions, maybe I like it and decide to do it, who knows xd)

@Crossblade I did a minor update, and now the mod is compatible with the extended timeline mod.

I play extended timeslines and was wondering if you could make the mod compatible with it.
Also if you do you could give Rome, West Rome, and East Rome decisions for colonialism.
