WeAreFootball 2022/23 season database

After many months of editing, I decided to release my database for the 2022/23 season at the moment for in-game use only.

What's in:

- 49 playable countries with 86 leagues (mostly UEFA, Brazil by accident because of 9 clubs)
- 2nd division in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain
- 3rd division in England, Germany, Switzerland
- 4th division in England, Germany
- Play-off/Play-out, Championship round in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (both divisions), Greece, Romania
- adjusted schedule for 2022 and all other years with less english weeks in January
- correct fixtures for many leagues (lost track which, at least the big countries)
- some more countries with domestic cups
- 1702 clubs in total with real names and often some more data
- 58000 players with real names
- squads often as of July 2022, German divisions 1-3 include Winter transfers
- some clubs with their real managers and staff

What's not:

- clubs outside UEFA have real names but do not always play in first division, I just renamed what was delivered with the sampledatabase
- any womens clubs
- graphics, but maybe other patches' graphics work too ;-)
- accuracy regarding some detail data, some things are just randomly though reproducible generated
- UEFA Conference League, just started messing with the scripting on country league competitions, maybe some other day
- many other things including translations other than German
- editing database with the Editor. In-game use only at the moment.

This database has been modified mostly with other tools than the official Editor, so if you encounter any problems, let me know.
